Discharge is the expensive answer. We design plants that send water back to production, turn sludge into energy and solids, and leave as little as possible to pay someone else to take away.
A conventional plant is a line — water comes in dirty, leaves clean, and everything else becomes somebody's disposal problem. A circular plant closes that line into a loop, and each closure takes cost out. Darcarion covers the entire loop — we build and operate every stage of it, with no gaps handed to a third party and no loop that only closes on paper.
A loop is harder to run than a line. Every recovery step feeds the next, so a drift in one stage surfaces three stages later and the cause is already buried. So the loop is instrumented end to end — continuous monitoring on flow, quality and equipment condition, under PLC SCADA control across every stage. Where a client wants unmanned operation, that sits under an AI layer that runs the plant rather than reporting on it: trimming dosing as the feed changes, holding recovery at its optimum rather than a safe average, and flagging a developing fault while it is still a maintenance job rather than an outage.
