Three decades of water and wastewater systems across Malaysia and Singapore — ultrapure water for semiconductor fabs, effluent plants for specialty glass and pharmaceutical manufacturers, reclamation systems feeding data centre cooling towers. A good number of them are still ours to operate.
A treatment plant is never one discipline. It is a process problem sitting inside a mechanical problem, wired by an electrical problem, standing on a civil one. Our team covers all four in-house — so the drawing that leaves our office has already been argued over by the people who will build it and the people who will run it.
To be the sustainable partner and environmental solution provider for public and private enterprise.
To build, own and operate multiple technology engineering packages for water, solid waste, solar and other recyclable and renewable resources.
Service response is a function of distance. Our offices sit near the industrial corridors we serve, on both sides of the causeway and across to East Malaysia.
Engineering, fabrication workshop, service facilities and chemical blending.
Darcarion Engineering Services Pte Ltd, serving Singapore contracts and clients.
Covering the northern corridor and its semiconductor and specialty glass manufacturers.
Sales representation for East Malaysia, with chemical facilities being established in Bintulu.
Design-and-build is one set of approvals. Operating someone else's effluent plant under DOE scrutiny is another. We hold both.
Some clients want the asset. Others want treated water to specification with none of the capital exposure or operating risk. We are equipped to deliver either — including taking over infrastructure already on your books.
We take the design, financing, construction, ownership and long-term operation. Minimal upfront cost to you, with ownership transfer available later if you want the asset.
We acquire and fully own existing treatment infrastructure — potable, wastewater, reuse or process — and run it as an operating asset. Useful when a plant is on your books but shouldn't be.
Technical support through daily operations, scheduled maintenance, inspection and emergency response — with preventive care, spares management and performance monitoring.
Conventional engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning: problem identification, treatability testing, process design, in-house manufacture, installation and after-sales service.
The quickest way to judge an engineering company is to walk its fabrication yard and its regeneration plant. We are happy to host a visit.
