Solutions & Services

From effluent discharge to 18.2 MΩ·cm

We design, build and operate water and wastewater treatment plants across Asia — our in-house fabrication yard, regeneration plant and chemical facilities sit behind every contract.

Water treatment

Every stage between the intake and the process

Purity is built in sequence. Each stage removes what the next one can't tolerate, and the specification at the end of the line dictates every choice made before it. We select and combine technologies at each stage rather than forcing a single approach.

01Primary

Take out the solids

Suspended solids, turbidity and biological load come out first. Get this stage wrong and every membrane downstream pays for it in shortened life and higher cleaning frequency.

  • Sedimentation
  • Filtration and screens
  • Chlorination / ozonation
  • Ultrafiltration and microfiltration
02Secondary

Take out the dissolved load

Hardness, organics and dissolved salts are removed here. Reverse osmosis does the heavy lifting, with carbon and softening protecting the membranes ahead of it.

  • Activated carbon adsorption
  • Softening
  • Demineralisation / reverse osmosis
  • Degasification
03Tertiary

Polish to specification

The last traces of ions, organics and bacteria are stripped out to hit resistivity and TOC targets. This is where ultrapure water for semiconductor and pharmaceutical duty is made.

  • Ion exchange and EDI
  • Mixed bed deionisation
  • UV disinfection / TOC reduction
  • Ultrapure polishing
Wastewater treatment

Effluent doesn't come in one form

What leaves a plating line has nothing in common with what leaves a food process. The treatment train follows the chemistry, and we build for all three streams — including the sludge nobody wants to talk about.

Stream A — Inorganic

Metals, acids and alkalis

Zinc, cyanide, copper, nickel and chrome from plating and anodising lines. Precipitation and pH correction bring metals out of solution before dewatering.

  • Heavy metal precipitation
  • Acid and alkaline treatment
  • Coagulation and flocculation
  • Reduction / oxidation / ion exchange
  • Membrane filtration
Stream B — Organic

Biological load

High-strength organic and nitrate streams handled by attached and suspended growth systems, selected on load stability and available footprint.

  • Dissolved air flotation
  • Aerobic and anaerobic biological
  • AS / SBR / IFAS / MBR / MBBR
Stream C — Sludge

What's left behind

Volume reduction and conditioning to cut disposal cost and meet scheduled waste handling requirements, with disposal routed through licensed partners.

  • Sludge dewatering
  • Sludge drying
  • Evaporation
  • Cyclone separation

Membrane technologies

Applied in raw water treatment, industrial process water recycling, and die saw and saw dust recovery.

UFROSubmerged

Biological treatment

For high concentrate nitrate and organic-contained wastewater where footprint is constrained.

Resource recovery

Value pulled back out of the waste stream — precious and base metals recovered from sludge and spent process solutions, and treated water returned to duty instead of discharged.

Plant services

The part that others send away

Regeneration, membrane cleaning, spares, chemicals, fabrication — all of it happens under our own roof. That's the difference between a two-day turnaround and a two-week one.

RO clean-in-place

On-site and off-site CIP to recover membrane performance and extend element life. We diagnose the fouling first, then select the chemistry — because cleaning the wrong way costs you elements.

Mixed bed columns

Portable columns for polishing duty, temporary demand, shutdowns or backup during maintenance. Our own IEX regeneration plant turns exhausted columns around in-house — they never leave our control.

System fabrication

Our own fabrication yard builds skid-mounted systems, tanks, structural steel and piping. Design, build and commissioning stay with one team, so nothing is lost in a handover.

Chemical supplies

Coagulants and flocculants blended in-house for both water and wastewater duty, alongside specialty chemicals targeting lead, fluoride, heavy metals and chrome reduction. RO antiscalants, biocides, CIP and cooling tower chemicals supplied from the same facility, with our own test lab behind the formulations.
