Some plants we build. Others we are brought in to run. Darcarion operates the common effluent plant serving an electroplating park in Selangor — a facility we did not design, handling waste streams that leave no room for error.

Commissioned in 1998 and the first facility of its kind in Malaysia, the plant treats toxic effluent from an entire electroplating park. Rinse water arrives by gravity pipeline, concentrated solution waste by forklift in mobile containers, and chrome, cyanide, acid and alkali streams stay segregated from the shop floor all the way to treatment. We run it day to day.

An existing ultrapure water train needed more capacity to support additional production lines. We upgraded the pretreatment end to end and extended the distribution loop into the new areas of the fab.

Three packages delivered together: ultrapure supply at two resistivity grades, a hot DI circuit, and the drain and collection systems that carry production effluent away.

A complete RODI plant for a new production line — from raw water intake through to the supply and return piping at the point of use, with SCADA control across the whole train.

A 30 cubic metre per hour effluent treatment plant designed, built and automated in-house — sized for the site's discharge load and operated from a single SCADA interface.

New collection infrastructure for leaching wastewater, including the civil and structural works to carry it — piling, slab, columns and steel — alongside an upgrade to the existing RODI plant.
